ANNUAL MAINTENANCE (DRAIN & CLEAN)

Our annual maintenance , also known as a "Drain and Clean" is a complete maintenance that can be done at any time from spring through early fall. This full service procedure is usually done once in spring to get ready for the summer months, and again in the fall to prepare your pond for the winter weather.

Annual Maintenance includes catching all fish and aquatic life, draining pond, pressure washing sides and bottom of pond, creek, stream bed and waterfalls. We then re install all fish and plant life, and fill your pond to a level sufficient for fish and plant life to survive, feed plants, and add necessary chemicals to re establish the pond. 

Drain and Clean Services are charged based on your location, the size of your water feature, and whether it was built by us.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

Our monthly maintenance is just as it sounds, we come out once a month to make sure that your pond is in top condition throughout the active months. We will Check the PH levels and monitor the growth of any algae, clean any filters that you have, as well as any screens and baskets. We check the status of your pumps and remove any debris and apply any necessary chemicals.

Monthly Maintenance Services are charged based on your location, the size of your water feature, and whether it was built by us.

BI -MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

With our bi - monthly maintenance  we come out once every other month to make sure that your pond is in top condition throughout the active months.
